Big Postcards Make Big Impressions

A giant postcard with colorful eye-catching graphics on one side and your promotional copy on the back, will grab attention faster than an e-mail, ad, or sales letter.

It is a low-cost way to brand your business and create a prospect response. Start with a 6 x 9-inch or larger postcard and print in full color -- postage is the price of a first class stamp.

Customize It. Customize the postcard with your prospect's first name in the design along with their mailing address. Who can resist reading a postcard with their name in the headline? You don't need to use peel and stick address labels anymore either.

Brand It. Plan several mailings and use the same brand, theme, or graphic to make a memorable impression. Make your brand simple, unique and easily identifiable.

Remember, it takes repeated impressions before your prospect will buy. If you are attending a tradeshow or conference, mail a series of postcards before and after the event.

Use A Catchy Headline. On the front of the postcard, write a provocative statement, compelling question or catchy headline directed to your target market. Add an unusual, colorful, or stunning graphic or photo. Check out some of our examples, or give us a call if you have something specific in mind at 800-379-5585.

Keep It Simple. The copy on the back needs to be compelling, clear, and simple. Use bullet points and highlight your contact information. Leave 5/8-inch margin of white space on the bottom of the mailer side for the post office bar code.

Call To Action. Be absolutely clear with what you want your prospect to do—call you, contact you via email, or sign up for a free e-zine. Make this the last line of text right above your contact information. Then, be sure to follow up immediately.

Put this hard working tool to work for you and just watch your response rate soar!
