From our offices to your client’s mailbox
What happens to your mailing list when it arrives in our offices?

We take it through a number of steps designed to expedite the mailing of your newsletters with speed and accuracy. The path it follows looks something like this:

  1. We download your information into our computer system.
  2. The list is then cleaned to meet postal regulations. Cleaning means removing any incomplete or foreign addresses and checking for duplicates.
  3. We let you know the final count so you can order your printed materials.
  4. When the newsletters, postcards, or other printed materials arrive, we prepare our machinery, and print each of your addresses directly on  the newsletter for mailing.
  5. Next, we sort and bundle your mailing according to postal regulations and taking efforts to be sure everything is printed clearly.
  6. The mailing is delivered to a business mail facility. Since payment is required for your mailing invoice, payment must be received before the Post Office will accept the mailing and the required paperwork.
  7. The United States Post Office takes over. They control the mailing from this point on. There is no way to track your mail once it has been presented to them for delivery.
  8. Any leftover newsletters will be returned for your use.
  9. No postage payment has been made on the permitted, unused material and a postage stamp must cover our permit if you decide to mail any of them.
